Speech, Cognitive, & Communication Therapy

The only way to find your voice is to use it.
Everyone deserves to have their voice heard.

About the Therapist
I spent the first 13 years of my career as an SLP contracting with private practices, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies all throughout mid-northern Michigan. Those years offered invaluable hands-on practice and advanced training in nearly every aspect of SLP assessment and treatment, shaping both my clinical expertise and my deep appreciation for the resilience and individuality of every person I serve. I continue to provide services to Advanced Therapy Group (www.advancedtherapygroup.org) located in Traverse City, MI via tele-health, and I’m thrilled to have two amazing SLPs, Lindsay and Jill, now providing in-clinic and home-health services to ATG in my stead.
In May 2025, I returned to Petoskey, where my academic and professional journey began (I earned my Associate of Arts from NCMC). Returning to Petoskey has allowed me to be closer to family while continuing to do the work I am passionate about.
When I’m not in the therapy space (whether in my office, out in the community, providing virtual sessions, or visiting clients in their homes), you’ll find me surrounded by my many fur children, enjoying a book at a local coffee shop, or embracing Northern Michigan’s natural beauty through hiking, skiing, or yoga. I also enjoy traveling, supporting local businesses, and spending cherished time with family, especially my nephews (two of the main reasons I returned to Petoskey).
A fun fact about me: I moonlight as a dog walker and pet sitter, a joyful way to fill the ever-present, animal-shaped space in my heart. Whether I’m helping someone rediscover their voice or giving a rescue dog a little extra love, my mission remains the same: to connect deeply, communicate meaningfully, and care with intention.
